Privacy Policy

Arritos Technology is an independent studio in Paris that builds an ecosystem of on-device AI. Our principle is privacy by architecture, not privacy by promise. The intelligence runs on your phone, and your data does not leave it. On-board intelligence, 100% local, 100% private, 100% yours.

That principle governs this website too. A site can be free of surveillance by design rather than by configuration, and that is how arritos.com is built. There is no advertising network, no behavioral tracking, and no profiling. The most private data is the data that was never collected, so we collect almost none.

The website itself collects almost nothing. We do not require an account to browse it, and we do not build a profile of who you are.

When you write to us through the contact form, the message you send and the email address you provide are transmitted to support@arritos.com so we can reply. We use that information only to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. We do not add you to any marketing list on the basis of a support message.

Like any web server, our host records standard technical logs needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure, such as the requesting IP address, the page requested, and the timestamp. These logs are not used to track you across the web or to build an advertising profile.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not embed advertising pixels.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your data for advertising or profiling purposes, ever. We do not buy data about you from brokers. We do not attempt to identify you across other websites.

The applications in our ecosystem extend this stance to your most personal content. Your photos, your voice, and your habits are read on your device and stay there. There is nothing for us to harvest, because there is no harvest.

We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking cookies.

The website stores a single preference in your browser's local storage: your chosen language (for example, EN or FR), so the site remembers it on your next visit. This value never leaves your browser, is not linked to your identity, and is not transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser's settings.

The website is hosted by Contabo GmbH in Aschheim, Germany, within the European Union.

Data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS and TLS. We apply the principle of restraint throughout: we hold only what a feature genuinely needs, for no longer than it serves a purpose, and we keep technical logs to the minimum required to operate and secure the site. Because we collect so little, there is little to lose if anything were ever compromised.

European law grants you rights over your personal data, and we honor them as a baseline. You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to or restrict its processing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to support@arritos.com. We will respond within the period set by the GDPR, normally one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in France, that is the CNIL.

Rights that concern a specific application, such as deleting an in-app account, are also honored within that application and are described in its own policy.

This policy covers the arritos.com website. Each application in our ecosystem, including Arritos Playlist, Hey Arri, Arritos Temple, Arritos Shield, Arritos Flora, and the modules to come, has its own privacy policy describing what that product does on your device and the few details an account may require.

The principle never bends across the ecosystem: on-device first, private by construction, no advertising, no tracking, no profiling. When you use a specific module, please refer to its dedicated policy for the detail that applies to it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant change will be communicated through the website, and the last-updated date will reflect it. Continued use of the site after a change indicates that the revised policy applies.
