In Ancient Greek, arrhetos means the secret, the unspeakable, the sacred that one does not reveal. The word carried immense weight in classical antiquity. It was guarded by the Pythagorean philosophers to shield their deepest discoveries from the uninitiated, whispered in the Eleusinian Mysteries where initiates swore never to disclose what they had witnessed, and held by Plato for ideas so pure that ordinary language could not contain them.

We chose the name deliberately. The most transformative work begins in silence, in patient and obsessive craft, long before the world is ready to listen. And a name built on the private and the unspeakable is the right one for a company whose first principle is that your inner world is yours alone.

Arritos Technology is an independent studio founded in Paris, in the Plaine Monceau. We are not a startup chasing a round, and we are not a platform built to harvest attention. We build one thing with intent: an ecosystem of on-device AI.

Three convictions define us. Independence, so the roadmap answers to no investor and no advertiser. Privacy, treated here as a moral obligation rather than a setting. Execution, because what cannot be spoken must be shown. We move at the speed of trust, never faster than craft allows.

We also hold a creative standard. A product that merely functions is only half-built. Every interface, every interaction, every line of code is shaped with the same attention to beauty you would expect from a work of art, because technology delivered with elegance is technology that earns trust.

Every Arritos model runs on the phone itself. The neural processors now built into modern silicon let us classify photos, understand speech, and answer the voice without a single server in the loop. There is no inference in the cloud, because there is no cloud.

Hey Arri is our own offline wake word, trained in-house and never borrowed from another assistant. It listens locally, and the words you speak are turned into action on the device that heard them. Speech recognition is local. Sorting is local. Your gallery is read where it lives, and it stays there.

This is a deliberate architecture, not a feature we toggle on. When data never leaves the device, there is no breach to suffer, no recording to store, no profile to assemble. The industry is now moving toward on-device intelligence. We built the entire ecosystem on it from the first line. What the machine learns about you, it keeps with you.

Arritos is not one application but an ecosystem of modules, each carved from the same stone. Every module does one thing, with full intent, and none of them reach for the cloud.

Playlist came first, music that rewards the act of listening, on-device, live today on the App Store and Google Play. Temple follows in 2026, sorting a lifetime of photographs across twelve categories without a single image leaving the phone. Shield, the on-device privacy guardian, comes next, and Flora identifies any plant on-device. Roughly thirty modules will follow over the coming years, each a stone in the same cathedral.

What binds them is not a login but a language. Hey Arri lets you move through every module by voice alone, no screen required. GoldenOr, an in-app reward that is never financial, is the thread that hands you the next module when you are ready, never a price, only a reward earned by using what you already own.

We do not ask you to trust a promise. We remove the need for one. Arritos runs on the device in your hand, never on a server you cannot see. Your photos, your voice, the patterns of a life are read where they live and stay there. Nothing is sold, profiled, or quietly turned into someone else's asset.

We operate under a strict Local Data Act. The few details an account requires, such as your email, are encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold, bartered, or profiled. The rights European law grants you, access, correction, portability, and erasure, are honored as a baseline, and account deletion is unconditional.

Our quarrel is with the extractive model, never with the person using it. We build no dark patterns, harvest no attention, and optimize for no metric that profits from your time. A hand extended, never a slap. The most private data is the data that was never collected.

Our societies are absorbing violent shifts. The way we consume information, interact with technology, and expose ourselves to digital environments has been fundamentally altered in less than a generation. Social contracts have been rewritten by algorithms, attention has been turned into inventory, and the physical and digital worlds have merged in ways no one fully anticipated.
